Multi-family housing
We make every multi-family home an ideal space, with added value and no unexpected costs
Our work goes beyond making sure a building fulfils its function. On the one hand, in multi-family housing we think about the expectations and comfort of the families who will live in those homes for years to come. On the other, we work so that developers and real estate companies can have complete peace of mind, through detailed, meticulous planning that allows us to deliver projects from start to finish with no surprises and no cost overruns. At the same time, as an architecture studio in Málaga, we know that a project’s success lies not only in its design but also in rigorous planning, budget control and on-time delivery. Our approach combines architectural vision with technical responsibility to ensure that every build progresses smoothly, without setbacks or unexpected deviations.

Your development, phase by phase
A multi-family housing development is, above all, an investment that has to be profitable and sell well. That is why we follow a process designed to make the most of the land, keep deadlines and budget under control, and design homes that are easy to sell or let.
01. Land, feasibility and goals
We start from the site and from your goal: number of homes, unit types and target market. We study the buildable area and feasibility to get the most profitable use out of the plot from day one.
02. Design that sells
We design the homes and common areas with an eye on how they will sell or let: efficient layouts, good orientation, and specifications and features that add value and set your development apart in the market.
03. Project and fixed budget
We set out specifications, finishes and installations in writing, with a detailed, fixed budget. You will know the exact investment before work begins, so you can plan financing and margins with no surprises.
04. Site management and supervision
We coordinate permits, suppliers and trades, and supervise the building contractor’s work on site, monitoring deadlines, quality and measurements. Keeping to schedule is key: every month of delay affects your financing and your return.
05. Handover and sales
We hand over the completed development, inspected down to the last detail and ready for the title deeds to be signed. And we stay by your side to resolve any adjustments while the homes are handed over to buyers.
Frequently asked questions
We study the buildable area and the planning regulations to optimise the number of homes, the unit types and the saleable floor area, seeking the best balance between yield, cost and the commercial appeal of the development.
Yes, that is exactly what we design for. Efficient layouts, good orientation, attractive common areas and well-chosen specifications make the homes easier to market and set your development apart from the competition.
We draw up a milestone-based schedule before work begins and supervise the build to control deadlines, quality and measurements. We know that in a development the timeline drives both financing and return, which is why time control is a priority.
Yes. We manage the administrative procedures and make sure the project complies with the applicable planning, habitability and accessibility regulations and the CTE (Spanish Technical Building Code), so the development moves forward without delays over legal issues.
We work with a detailed, fixed budget before construction starts. We supervise the building contractor’s work on site, and any change is costed and approved with you in advance, so your margins are not eroded by unforeseen overruns.
Yes. We have more than 20 years’ experience in multi-family housing in Málaga and on the Costa del Sol, in both new-build developments and the refurbishment and repositioning of residential buildings.
