We are looking for professionals with architectural sensibility and a voice of their own. If you are passionate about the craft, drawn to the contemporary craftsmanship of light, timber and stone, and eager to work side by side with a small, exacting team, we would like to meet you.

Attention to detail
Each project is a unique piece in which the brief, the drawings and the digital model share the same demanding standard.
Honest materiality
Timber, microcement, natural stone, brass, planting. A few materials, well resolved.
Dialogue with place
Our projects are not imported: they take root in their plot, their light and their tradition.
Collaborative culture
A flat team, reasoned decisions and cross-learning between architecture, interiors and site supervision.
Commitment to training
We host university internships under formal agreement with leading schools of architecture.
Profiles we look for
Who we usually need
- Junior & senior architect — residential and hospitality, fluent in Revit, AutoCAD and visualisation tools (Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray or equivalent).
- Technical architect / quantity surveyor — with a calling for site management, cost control and coordination with subcontractors.
- Draftsperson / project technician — advanced CAD skills and experience in graphic documentation across concept, technical and construction stages.
- Interior designer — a sensibility for materiality, lighting and the construction detail of joinery and exposed services.
- Interns under university agreement — in the final years of an architecture, ETSA or design degree.

We read every application. If your profile matches a position or an upcoming need, we contact you within two to three weeks.

Interview
We meet to get to know you, your work and how you approach a project.

Onboarding
If it is a match, we welcome you and settle you into the team and its way of working.

First months
You take part in real projects from day one, with the support of the whole team.
We treat every CV with the same care we expect our projects to receive, and keep your data for a maximum of twelve months unless you request its removal. Every application is considered regardless of gender, age, origin or any other personal circumstance.
