We are looking for professionals with architectural sensibility and a vision of their own who want to join a growing studio on the Costa del Sol.
We work on hospitality, single-family and multi-family residential, retail and temporary architecture projects. If you are passionate about the craft, drawn to the contemporary craftsmanship of light, timber and stone, and keen to work side by side with a small, exacting team, we would like to meet you.

Attention to detail
Each project is a unique piece in which the written report, the construction drawings and the digital model are held to the same exacting standard.
Honest materiality
Timber, microcement, natural stone, brass, planting. A few materials, well resolved.
Dialogue with place
Our projects are not imported: they take root in their plot, their light and their tradition.
Collaborative culture
A flat team, reasoned decisions and cross-learning between architecture, interior design and the building site.

We host university internships under agreements with the leading schools of architecture.

Profiles we usually look for
Junior and senior architect
Experience in residential and hospitality projects, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and visualisation tools (Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray or equivalent).
Building engineer (arquitecto técnico / aparejador)
A vocation for construction management, site cost control and coordination with trade contractors.
Draftsperson · Project technician
Advanced CAD skills and experience producing drawings for basic design and construction projects, as well as written project reports.
Interior designer
A sensibility for materiality, lighting and the construction detailing of joinery and exposed services.
Student interns
Under a university agreement, for students in the final years of Architecture, ETSA or design degrees.

How the process works

Review
We read every application. If your profile is a good fit, we will contact you within 2–3 weeks.

Interview
An initial video call to get to know each other and, if things move forward, an in-person interview at the studio (Torremolinos · Málaga).

Short test
For technical profiles, a short paid exercise: reading a drawing, proposing a detail or writing a brief project report.
05
Onboarding
If everything fits, you join the team with a support plan during your first three months.
