More than 20 years building with purpose
Founded in 2006 by Juan Goñi Uriarte and Ruth Buján Varela.
Every great project begins with a simple idea. Ours was born in 2006, with a clear conviction: that the best architecture isn’t the most elaborate, but the one that solves problems with elegance. From that idea — “beauty lies in the simplest solutions” — everything else followed.

The early years
A small, close-knit studio
We started handling refurbishments and residential projects in Torremolinos and its surroundings. Every commission, however modest, was met with the same technical rigour and attention to detail that defines our work today. Project by project, that gradually built our reputation across the Costa del Sol.
Growth and specialisation
A multidisciplinary team
The studio grew into a team of around eight professionals, bringing together architecture, interior design and technical and commercial management. That growth let us broaden our services: from preliminary and execution projects to AFO legalisations, construction management, technical reports and construction due diligence.
