The essence of minimalism transforms your space
Architects in Benahavís
Klic Arquitectos is an architecture studio specialising in the end-to-end management of commissions
Since we began our journey in 2006, in our architecture studio in Benahavís, we have worked on a wide variety of projects, from sports and hotel architecture to cultural and office buildings, as well as both new builds and home refurbishments. Over all these years, our dedication and commitment have allowed us to expand our services, incorporating not only architecture and project management but also specialised technical work such as expert reports, property valuations and legalisations.
As architects in Benahavís, we specialise in luxury renovations and offer a comprehensive service that covers everything from home design to landscaping and interiors.
In our architecture studio in Benahavís, we focus on dynamic design that strikes a perfect balance between reason and emotion. Our projects are conceived to offer a complete sensory experience, blending aesthetics and functionality. Our aim is to create a home where comfort and design come together harmoniously under one roof.

Let's talk about your project
An architecture studio in Benahavís with its own essence
At Klic Arquitectos, as architects in Benahavís, we believe that form should arise from function, and it is on that form, born of necessity, that design must intervene, sculpting and refining it until beauty is found. Achieving this balance requires dialogue. That is why we begin with an in-depth conversation that allows us to understand our clients’ needs, tastes and interests. This exchange lays the key foundations the project must address and, building on these principles, we work to develop a simple, functional solution that uses form and materials to create the feeling that this space is the ideal place to be at that moment.
For us, what matters most is understanding what really counts, which allows us to carry out each project fully aware of every step we take. However important the technical aspects may be, we must never lose sight of the fact that architecture is nourished by sensations, emotions, thoughts and inspiration. Our aim is to integrate these elements right through to the end of the process. The connection between the abstract and the technical is the key to success.
Our responsibility goes beyond designing “attractive” architecture; we also care about other equally important aspects, such as ecological responsibility. This should be one of the main driving forces of any architecture studio in Benahavís, in order to create architecture that respects and harmonises with its surroundings.
Finally, we should always approach projects with optimism and curiosity, because that is what enriches any undertaking. A building or home can have many lives, so it is always better to think and design with a vision that endures over time.
