The expansion of the space is organized with a linear scheme, a central spine in which the common services are located as a continuation of those existing in CME I, flanked on both sides by industrial buildings with entrance from the side streets. Offices and car parks are located on the upper floors. Formally, the building has a low body that is exhibited outside by the entrances to the warehouses and a setback high body that corresponds to the offices. Among them is the open plan of the car parks.
