We define every detail, specification and finish in writing. We give you a detailed, fixed budget so you have the peace of mind of knowing exactly what you are getting and how much it costs before work begins.
04. Full construction management
We don’t just design: we supervise the building contractor’s work on site, day by day. We coordinate permits, suppliers and trades, monitor deadlines, quality and measurements, and make sure that what is built matches exactly what was designed. You receive regular progress reports and have a single point of contact.
05. Key handover and follow-up
We hand over your finished home, reviewed down to the last detail. And we stay by your side afterwards: post-construction support so your home works perfectly from day one.

We work with a detailed, fixed budget before construction begins, with specifications and finishes defined in writing. Any change is costed and approved with you beforehand, so there will never be a cost you have not authorised in advance.
