EPSA competition for 130 homes in Mijas: Klicstudio with Arqui3 and Juan José Cortés Díaz

Klicstudio participa junto con Arqui3 y Juan José Cortés Díaz en el concurso de EPSA de 130 viviendas en Mijas

Not our week.

It’s the taking part that counts, they say. Losing still stings.

We heard this week that EPSA’s competition for 130 homes in Mijas has gone to HCP. Congratulations to them. For readers outside Spain: EPSA (Empresa Pública de Suelo de Andalucía) is the Andalusian regional government’s public land and housing agency.

Our consolation is how close we came — 61 points against the winner’s 79 — and the appetite to do better, so the next one is ours.
Thanks to the colleagues we took the gamble with: Arqui3 and Juan José Cortés Díaz.
