Converting commercial premises into a flat and a studio.

Good news!
Last month we completed work on a change of use from commercial premises to housing in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena. We started out with a ground-floor unit that was being used as a painting workshop and, with some careful work on the drawing board, we managed to turn it into a one-bedroom flat, a studio flat and a storeroom.
