Two empty premises of a building with 30 public housing units on a rental basis are projected to change of usage, to be complemented with 6 dwellings for the elderly, for which these dwellings are intended and 6 indoor parking spaces in the interior of the plot. The PGOU requirement regarding the minimum endowment of car parks is met. These new homes are projected taking into account the existing homes on the upper floor, to make the best usage of the vertical conduits of facilities and structure.
