Restaurant – Grill Iñaki

PREMISE REFORMATION. LEISURE / HOSPITALITY PROJECT

The establishments reformation, while remaining a restaurant, is projected in order to improve its existing facilities, without modifying its use. The reform will adapt to the existing structural elements and will maintain the current distribution of uses, with slight modifications to its partitions. The space is made up of a large frontal patio and is developed onto a single floor. The interior distribution will include a kitchen with a grill, in the southern part of the building. There will be access from there to the bar area, which will be located in front of the entrance to the premises. The public and private toilets will be arranged in the north zone. The different rooms will be located in the center and reserved for restaurant use. The exterior will be divided into four independent open rooms and separated with plant elements.
