A full refurbishment<\/strong> is not just changing floors and painting walls. It is rethinking how you live in your home. As architects specialised in refurbishment, we bring what a conventional company cannot: an overall view, professional design and technical control at every stage.<\/p>\n

Our process begins with a first consultation in which we visit your home and assess the possibilities. We design the refurbishment with photorealistic 3D renders<\/strong> so you can see the result before a single brick is touched. We draw up the technical project, handle the planning permit and coordinate every trade through to turnkey handover.<\/p>\n

The law requires a technical project signed by a registered architect<\/strong> for any refurbishment that affects the structure or the main services. Carrying out works without a permit can mean fines of up to 75% of the cost of the refurbishment.
